Transcript and Diploma Request

Transcripts are issued by the Registrar’s Office at the request of the alumna/former student. We are glad to send your transcripts to your home, school or work. Please note, the turnaround time for diplomas is about 6-8 weeks.

To submit your request, please complete the following form.

Transcript request forms from educational institutions may be emailed, faxed or mailed to the Registrar’s Office.

Processing: $20.00 per copy payable upon request
Payment methods: Cash or Check payable to: Sacred Heart High School (note: ‘Transcript Request’ in memo line).

*Transcripts will NOT be released until all indebtedness to the school has been satisfied.
