Thank you for your generosity and support of the Comet Athletic Fund.
There are two sides to the Fund. First, the fund serves as a tool to provide funds for larger capital projects, such as vans, equipment, and training tools over $1,000. Since our yearly operating budget does not include funds to purchase larger capital items, the Comet Athletic Fund will provide the necessary financial support for these items.
The second side serves as an endowment for Sacred Heart Athletics. The goal is to create something that leaves a lasting impact on the lives of our student-athletes. The endowment will cover the yearly costs that come with operating our athletic programs, such as league fees, CIF fees, official dues, and facility costs.
The purpose of the Comet Athletic Fund is simple: to empower our student-athletes to become the next wave of leaders both on and off the field of play. We must try to create opportunities for those under our care, so that they may get the athletic experience that will prepare them for their futures.

How to Support the Comet Athletic Fund
You can support the Comet Athletic Fund by giving in one of three ways. You can download the Comet Athletic Fund Handout, complete the form, and mail the check and form together. Checks can be made out to Sacred Heart High School with the memo of "Comet Athletic Fund".

What will the Comet Athletic Fund Support?
The Comet Athletic Fund will support the large, capital items that are outside of the yearly operating budget of the athletic department. Each section will contain a list of items for each sport that can help us create a stronger athletic program.
In addition to the larger capital items, the endowment will also work to drive down sports fees for student-athletes and increase the operational capability of each program. The goal of the fund is ambitious but important for Sacred Heart Athletics to remain sustainable in the future.
