Campus Life

At Sacred Heart, students have the opportunity to explore their passions both inside and outside of the classroom. Faculty and staff do their best to provide a nurturing environment for students to flourish into confident young women. In the classroom, students learn to be risk takers and they are encouraged to participate, collaborate with their peers, and be critical thinkers. Academics are a big component of our school culture and students truly embrace and strive to be scholars.

Students also grow as leaders at Sacred Heart. There are countless clubs and organizations that help mold these young ladies into leaders. Between our Associated Student Body, our Ambassadors, our Letterwomen, and our athletic leaders, students really are at the forefront of our operations. They learn the value of having their voices heard and they see the impact and fruit of their campus and community involvement. They know that they can pursue their passions and that they be agents of change.

Furthermore, our school culture also encourages solidarity and camaraderie among students. Students are often cheering each other on, whether it's for a presentation, project, performance, or athletic event. This type of culture serves as an excellent foundation that helps cultivate empowerment for and among women.

When students come to Sacred Heart they feel at home. While each student at SHHS is different and brings with them unique experiences, the bonds they form here help to establish a sense of home. This familiarity creates a sisterhood which is what adds to our sense FAMILIA.

"Sacred Heart has always supported and encouraged me to be my best... it has shown me how to be empowered."
